Surplus Reinvestment
As a Community Interest Company, every surplus is reinvested directly into community benefit.
Our reinvestment priorities are guided by our core values of prevention of harm, wellbeing, and sustainability. Funds are directed to:
- Mental health and wellbeing support for young people and families.
- Community safety and harm-prevention initiatives.
- Sustainability projects that reduce waste and strengthen resilience for future generations.
Every reinvestment decision is published openly in our CIC Report and Accounts, providing full transparency, accountability, and assurance to regulators, funders, and the public. Surpluses are never taken as private profit — they are always used to deliver measurable public good.
